I recently noticed a pair of these JVC speakers (110 W subwoofer, 60 W main) just lying around in my garage and I thought it’ll be pretty cool to build myself a custom audio amp with crossover filtering for these speakers. Most audio amps on Amazon didn’t seem to come with any crossover filtering or a bluetooth module, so I decided this would be a good opportunity to hone some of my PCB design skills while making the exact audio amp I want. I added a crossover circuitry that uses a Sallen-Key Butterworth 4th order design for both the active low pass and active high pass filters. I based most component selection around what JLCPCB carry in-house so I wouldn’t have to assembly the PCB myself. Overall, the sound quality is pretty damn good.

The complete design can be found on my github here

The pot allows you to adjust bass volume. I didn't add a regular volume pot since I can adjust that with the bluetooth signal.
